hi right ok 1st lift the flap up on front of printer you will see a white band with the cartrigges attached switch off printer slide cartridges across so you can reach them inclip them from the top of the cartridge put in new 1 exactly as you took the old 1 out put flap back down switch on and everything should work :-) good luck if you need anymore help mail me!
