Go to Control Panel, Double click on Printers and Faxes, Right click on your Printer and click on Printing Preferences, Click on Color, Click on Printer services, you will find it up the top after you do that.How to check the printer ink status of HP Deskjet D2360?
yes and did you tell the program that you replace the cartridges?
